You will need a minimum of one year in customer service, a professional telephone manner, and strong English communication. Bank transfers and digital banking support are key duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and help customers at first contact.
• Assist with personal banking queries, transfers, debits and digital banking support.
• Promote Internet Banking and ensure awareness of the full range of services.
• Record complaints and resolve at first touch where possible.
• Work effectively in a busy environment with strong time management.
