Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for the Personal Banking line (Lloyds). The role is office-based with training in Glasgow and full-time permanent hours, 40 per week, with shift flexibility 08:00–22:00 across seven days.

You will handle inbound banking queries, promote online banking, and resolve issues on first contact. A minimum of one year in customer service is required; English fluency and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
• Experience in banking/finance is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and help customers at first contact.
• Assist customers with personal banking tasks (transfers, direct debits, digital banking).
• Promote Internet Banking and ensure access to the bank's services.
• Resolve queries and handling complaints per policy to deliver efficient outcomes.
