Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for the Personal Banking line supporting Lloyds Banking Division. The role is office based with ongoing training and shift flexibility between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

You will handle inbound calls, assist with transfers, direct debits and digital banking support while delivering a courteous, accurate service. Prior banking or call-centre experience is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role.
• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Professional and courteous phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers at first point of contact.
• Support personal banking tasks including transfers and digital banking.
• Promote online banking channels and services.
• Resolve enquiries with ownership and pace.
• Record complaints per policy and aim for first touch resolution.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all dealings.
