Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Personal Banking line with Lloyds Banking Division campaign. This office-based role focuses on delivering outstanding support to customers across banking services.

You will start training on-site for 2 weeks in Glasgow, then may work on-site or from home depending on performance and business needs. 40 hours per week with flexible hours 08:00–22:00.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help customers at first contact.
• Assist customers with personal banking tasks such as transfers, direct debits and digital banking support.
• Support customers through financial difficulties and card services.
• Promote Internet Banking and ensure customers access all services.
• Resolve queries and record complaints in line with policy for first-touch resolution.
