Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help lead store teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work across departments, act as the go-to person for queries, and support the store manager in their absence.

The role requires 18+ and experience in a fast-paced retail environment; you will manage varied shifts with a minimum of 16 hours per week and participate in availability planning. There are opportunities for growth within Tesco.
