Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in the United Kingdom is a hands-on store leadership role. You’ll lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store, work across all areas, and be the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

You’ll schedule hours within availability windows, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, and some locations offer 12-hour roles. You must be over 18 and capable of inspiring a diverse team to deliver outstanding service.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.

Responsibilities
