Job summary

Sainsbury’s is looking for a friendly Services Assistant to help at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, delivering great customer support.

You’ll build product knowledge, handle questions, assist with Click & Collect, refunds, and keep shelves tidy while moving trolleys in car parks. You’ll work flexibly across the store in a fast-paced, high-energy environment as part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support customers on checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations.
• Assist customers with On-demand grocery ordering and Click & Collect parcels.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
• Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Move and retrieve trolleys in the car park.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
