Job summary

Sainsbury's is looking for a Services Assistant to support customers across checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, while also assisting with online order pickups and store operations.

You will build product knowledge, help customers with questions, and contribute to a high-energy store environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you rotate across departments and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations.
• Assist with On-demand grocery ordering and Click & Collect parcels.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising tasks.
• Move and retrieve trolleys safely in car parks.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
