Job summary

Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom is seeking a Services Assistant to support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, and to assist with Click & Collect orders. You will build knowledge of products and promotions to offer helpful recommendations, while handling refunds and shelving tasks.

You’ll work flexibly across the store in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues and using new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, or petrol stations.

• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to make recommendations.
• Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Move and retrieve trolleys in car parks.
• Work flexibly across the store.
