Sainsbury’s Bournemouth is seeking a Services Assistant to support customers across checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and tills, including petrol stations. You’ll help with questions, recommend products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support customers on checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations.
• Assist with Click & Collect and on-demand grocery ordering.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions.
• Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Move and retrieve trolleys safely in car parks.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
