Job summary

Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Services Assistant to assist customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, providing help and answering questions. You will also support with Click & Collect parcels and build knowledge of products and promotions.

As part of a busy, high-energy store team, you’ll handle complaints, refunds and shelving tasks, move trolleys safely, and work flexibly across the store. Full training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks.
