Job summary

Sainsbury’s is hiring a Services Assistant to help customers at checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks, including petrol station support. You’ll select quality products for Click & Collect and build knowledge to recommend items and promotions.

The role involves handling refunds, shelving, and assisting in the car park, with flexible store-wide duties as needed. Ideal candidates are friendly, team-minded and proactive, eager to learn new digital tools, and dedicated to delivering the best

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, or petrol stations and assist with questions.
• Pick and prepare quality products for customers and support with Click & Collect orders.
• Build product knowledge to offer recommendations and promotions.
• Handle complaints, process refunds, and manage shelf tickets and advertising.
• Move trolleys safely and assist in customer car parks.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
