Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Manager to lead cash operations, coach Beauty Advisors, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service from day one. You will drive performance through training, check-ins and development plans while ensuring smooth tills, reconciliations and loss prevention.

You’ll contribute to an elevated client journey in a fast-paced retail environment, manage multiple priorities, and support ER processes with professionalism, including attendance

Responsibilities

• Lead Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold SEPHORA standards.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling capability, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance check-ins, set goals, and create development plans for growth.
• Manage Employee Relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
• Oversee cash operations including tills, reconciliations, safe management, deposits and daily audits.
• Analyse cash-related KPIs, identify improvements and drive action plans.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and ensure SEPHORA policies are followed.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements to boost productivity and reduce risk.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold store standards in cleanliness, organization and visual presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure prompt replenishment.
• Assist with new store openings where applicable.
