Responsibilities

• Lead cash operations across tills, reconciliations and deposits with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and set development plans.
• Manage ER matters professionally including attendance and performance.
• Oversee audits to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
• Analyze cash KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and uphold store policies.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues for smooth operations.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock replenishment.
• Assist with new store openings and stock organisation.
