Job summary

SEPHORA UK is hiring a Cash Manager to lead cash operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will coach the Beauty Advisors, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.

You’ll drive performance through training, performance reviews, and proactive problem solving, while supporting store openings and maintaining Sephora’s inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide ongoing training to improve cash handling and accuracy.
• Set goals and develop plans for continuous growth.
• Manage Employee Relations matters professionally.
• Oversee tills, reconciliations, safe management and audits.
• Analyse cash KPIs and drive improvement actions.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and policy adherence.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with new store openings.
