SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Supervisor to lead cash operations and a developing team on the shop floor in Sheffield. You will drive accuracy, compliance and outstanding service, coaching Beauty Advisors and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail operations.
• Strong cash handling and financial process knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance.
• Comfort with technology to support cash handling and store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance check-ins and development planning.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and promptly.
• Oversee cash operations: tills, reconciliations and deposits.
• Analyse cash KPIs and drive improvement plans.
• Implement loss‑prevention processes and policy adherence.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment.
• Assist with new store openings and stock preparation.
