Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Manager to lead cash operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience from day one. You’ll coach Beauty Advisors, maintain accuracy, compliance and high service standards while building a confident, capable team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Proven leadership in retail with strong cash handling and financial process knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team.
• Strong coaching and development abilities to elevate performance across the store.
• Comfort with using technology to support cash handling, sales tracking and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold operational standards.
• Providing training to elevate cash handling, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Conducting performance check-ins, setting goals and creating development plans.
• Managing Employee Relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
• Overseeing all cash operations including tills, reconciliations, deposits and audits.
• Analyzing cash-related KPIs and driving improvement plans.
• Implementing loss-prevention processes and ensuring policy adherence.
• Identifying inefficiencies and introducing process improvements to increase productivity.
• Troubleshooting IT and payment-related issues for day-to-day operations.
• Upholding store standards in cleanliness and presentation to support customer experience.
• Monitoring stock levels and prompt replenishment.
• Assisting with new store opening activities such as unboxing and stock prep.
