SEPHORA UK is hiring a Cash Supervisor to lead cash operations and coach a high‑performing Beauty Advisor team in our busy store. You’ll drive accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences while developing staff through targeted coaching and training.

• Proven leadership experience in retail, with strong cash handling and financial processes.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and teammates.
• Strong coaching and team development capability to support performance.

• Strong analytical skills to drive improvements across cash and store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Strong organisation and time-management to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling ER processes where needed.
• Comfort with technology to support store operations and POS tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold SEPHORA standards.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance check-ins and develop growth plans for the team.
• Manage Employee Relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
• Oversee cash operations including tills, reconciliations and daily audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyse cash KPIs and implement improvements to boost performance.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and adhere to SEPHORA policies.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements to reduce risk.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
