SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Manager to lead cash operations and build a high-performing team in one of the world’s most dynamic beauty markets. You’ll ensure flawless in-store transactions, uphold compliance, and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver an elevated customer experience.

You’ll drive operational perfection in a fast-paced retail environment, empower staff through training, and manage reconciliations, deposits and audits while maintaining exceptional service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail with cash handling and financial processes.
• Strong customer service and ability to build rapport with customers and team.
• Coaching and development capabilities for individual and team performance.
• Experience managing employee relations and ER processes as needed.
• Comfort with using technology to support cash handling and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold SEPHORA standards.
• Train on cash handling, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Set goals and create development plans for continuous growth.
• Manage employee relations professionally including attendance and performance.
• Oversee cash operations: tills, reconciliations, deposits, and daily audits.
• Analyze cash KPIs and implement improvements to boost performance.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce risk.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness, organization and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
