Job summary

SEPHORA UK in Manchester is seeking a Cash Manager to lead cash operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience from day one. You will coach Beauty Advisors, ensure accurate till reconciliations, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold SEPHORA standards.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling, accuracy, service confidence and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance check-ins, set goals and create development plans.
• Oversee all cash operations including tills, reconciliations and deposits for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce risk and boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
