SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Supervisor to oversee cash operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach Beauty Advisors, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold Sephora's standards of service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold Sephora standards.
• Provide ongoing training to elevate cash handling, accuracy, confidence, and product knowledge.
• Set goals and create development plans to support growth.
• Handle Employee Relations matters professionally (attendance, performance, actions).
• Oversee cash operations, tills, reconciliations, deposits, and daily audits with accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze cash KPIs and drive action plans to improve performance.
• Implement loss-prevention processes and ensure policy adherence.
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot IT and payment issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation for elevated customer experience.
• Monitor stock levels (Minis & More) and timely replenishment.
• Assist with new store openings (unboxing, organising stock).
