SEPHORA UK is seeking a Cash Supervisor to lead cash operations and empower Beauty Advisors to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and customer service across daily transactions and team coaching.

Responsibilities include training on cash handling, conducting performance reviews, managing attendance and ER matters, and implementing process improvements to optimize store efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
