A healthcare organization in East Midlands seeks a full-time In-Reach and Home Treatment Team Administrator. The role demands proficient administrative and secretarial support to a clinical team, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have experience in health or mental health care and knowledge of electronic patient record systems. The position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, along with various employee benefits including flexible working and generous leave.
An opportunity has arisen for a full time ( Team Administrator covering Monday-Friday.
The post will be for In-Reach and Home Treatment Team, working at their base at Albany House Kingsway Hospital.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, Team Administrator, to assist in the delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high quality, front-of-house service.
The post holder will primarily work alongside the clinical team.
It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract.
The post holder will provide, maintain and develop a high quality administrative/secretarial support to the Clinical Team and Operational Leads, reflecting the professionalism of the service and with our Partner Agencies.

The role will include providing administrative and secretarial support to the In-Reach Team. Therefore, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages.
You will possess an information technology qualification or equivalent qualification in typewriting/word processing and skills and experience around standards of spelling and grammatical accuracy.
You will need to be able to input data and analyse and complete reports.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
