Qualifications

  • Solicitor or non-qualified lawyer with demonstrable property law experience.
  • Comfortable advising on freehold, leasehold, title, and tenure issues.
  • Capable of managing a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and advise on property title, ownership, and responsibilities.
  • Deliver and improve a responsive property information service.
  • Provide practical advice on leasehold and general property matters.
  • Identify and advise on restrictions, disposals, and lease terminations.
  • Support property transactions including disposals and easements.
  • Prepare post-disposal documentation.
  • Support the Senior Property Lawyer on portfolio projects.
  • Progress land transfers and adverse possession claims.
