Qualifications

  • Expert technical knowledge within a relevant motor engineering category.
  • Experience in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and guiding others.

  • Excellent decision-making skills focused on accuracy and indemnity control.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and negotiate motor claims within your licence level.
  • Review repair and total loss cases to ensure optimum settlement.
  • Identify potential fraud or injury cases for referral.
  • Manage customer interactions to deliver high satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external engineers.
  • Source third-party experts to support case recommendations.
  • Contribute to process improvements in service quality.
  • Provide technical coaching to Claims colleagues.
  • Handle complex cases needing deeper technical expertise.
