In-house Legal Counsel – 6 – 12 Fixed Term Contract

North Yorkshire

Rapidly expanding, global business based in North Yorkshire has a requirement for a lawyer with experience in commercial contracts to join its talented legal term on a fixed term basis.

Reporting into the General Counsel, you will play a key role in all legal matters for the Group both in the UK and overseas. Advising key stakeholders on legal risk and regulation and help make decisions on legal matters across the entire spectrum from commercial contracts, IP and technology through to regulatory compliance and the management of litigation.

To be considered for the role, you must be a UK qualified solicitor with a high quality, legal training from a respected large / medium sized commercial law firm or an in-house legal department.

Experience can come from a range of the mainstream commercial practice areas such as, commercial contracts, technology, and intellectual property, corporate finance and M&A.
