Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor at Colchester Branch. You will handle in-branch and phone interactions, support everyday transactions and customer requests, and work a 35-hour week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll be a listener, problem-solver and brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in branch or telephony environments.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs and explain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing needs.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
• Build relationships and propose practical solutions.
• Grow knowledge of Santander services to help customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
