Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Ipswich branch to be the friendly face and voice for customers. You’ll handle in-branch and phone queries, assist with transactions, support technology use, and help protect customers from fraud.

You’ll thrive in a multi-skilled, supportive team environment and adapt to varied tasks. You’ll work 35 hours weekly on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 benefits allowance and an 8%

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.
