Job summary

Santander UK is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based at the Rochdale branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping with everyday banking tasks, technology in the hall, and calls from customers.

You’ll thrive in a busy, multi-skilled environment, staying flexible to support risk-aware, customer-focused service and contributing to a team that values collaboration and growth within the organisation.
