An innovative healthcare services company is looking for a Utilisation and Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of their utilisation sensor programme. In this role, you will manage operations focusing on monitoring and reporting space utilisation data to support strategic planning. As a Utilisation and Implementation Specialist, you'll lead the implementation of our utilisation sensor programme and ensure seamless integration into Open Space environments. Post-implementation, you'll manage business‑as‑usual operations, focusing on monitoring, analysing, and reporting space utilisation data to drive efficiency and support strategic estate planning.

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination or implementation. You thrive in evolving environments, enjoy working with data, and take pride in ensuring accuracy and compliance. You're confident engaging stakeholders across technical and operational teams, and you communicate clearly to keep everyone aligned. Familiar with project management principles, you're proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks and report progress.
