Job description

As a Utilisation and Implementation Specialist, you'll lead the implementation of our utilisation sensor programme and ensure seamless integration into Open Space environments. Post-implementation, you'll manage business‑as‑usual operations, focusing on monitoring, analysing, and reporting space utilisation data to drive efficiency and support strategic estate planning.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end‑to‑end implementation of the Utilisation Sensor Programme.
  • Coordinate sensor installations, update CAD plans, and schedule activities.
  • Apply project management practices to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders across vendors, IT, Facilities, and Workplace Strategy teams.
  • Manage and validate property and room data, ensuring compliance with NHSPS standards.
  • Monitor sensor data and maintain dashboards for space optimisation insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all utilisation reporting.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to support estate strategy and decision‑making.
