Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people.
• Experience working with NEET individuals.
• PGCE, PCET or equivalent teaching/training qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised tutoring sessions to students.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of teaching methods.
• Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles.

Skills

Ability to engage, motivate, and support young people

Ability to plan lessons

Good level of Math and English GCSE C or Level 5+

Education

Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent
