Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of service users with opiate misuse issues.
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments and risk management plans.
  • Develop and review individual recovery care plans.
  • Provide regular keyworking sessions and liaise with prescribers and clinical teams.
  • Support service users in accessing detox, rehab, and wider support services.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and ensure compliance with service standards.
