DPD Bournemouth, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Ferndown, BH21 7BU, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role involves assisting customers with delivery statuses, PODs, and resolving parcel issues, working closely with drivers and operations managers.

The ideal candidate has fast-paced customer service experience, strong phone-based communication, and solid administration skills.

Formación

• Proof of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Answer queries related to delivery status and POD.
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues.
