Brook Street is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a busy, office-based team in Bradford. You will be the first point of contact across phone, email and social media, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will resolve enquiries, manage complaints, maintain records and help improve the customer journey while working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and a contract that runs until December.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre or customer support environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Deliver a friendly and consistent customer experience across all communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Process refunds, returns and customer reviews in line with company procedures.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products to confidently assist customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all interactions are logged correctly.
• Escalate customer feedback and recurring issues to the appropriate teams to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
