Job summary

Optimise Talent Limited in Bradford is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a professional team within a financial services environment. You will handle calls to and from customers about a range of products, always putting the customer first. The role offers a basic salary of £24,700 plus a monthly bonus, with total earnings around £28,000.

Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 10am-4pm, with no weekends. Excellent benefits are on offer.

On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Previous experience in telephone based Customer Service/Sales role is preferred, however, other Customer service and Sales experience will be considered
