Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join a Leeds team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will handle inbound enquiries by telephone and email, provide accurate information and help ensure a high level of service in a fast-paced office.

The ideal candidate has solid customer service experience, excellent communication skills, good IT literacy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Job description

Customer Service Advisor - Telephone Based

Salary: £25,200 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid - initially 4 days in the office and Fridays working from home. Once training has been successfully completed (approximately 1-2 months), this will increase to 2 days working from home per week (Friday plus one other agreed day).

Start Date: ASAP - interviewing immediately
