Job summary

Confidential is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor in Bradford to handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with warranties and related products while spotting sales opportunities. The role is office-based initially with the potential to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after probation.

You will maintain records, work toward individual and team targets, and ensure GDPR/Consumer Duty compliance. A DBS and credit check are required, with Maths and English GCSEs essential.

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Bradford, BD3
Salary: 24,784.50 per annum + Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: November
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm; Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm
Working Arrangement: Office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after probation.

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a busy telephone-based team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with warranty, vehicle protection and related products. You will also identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships and work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
