Details of the Customer Service Advisor positions:

• Start and Duration: ASAP - temporary to permanent contracts available. We can accept candidates with a maximum of a 2-week notice period.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, must be available between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, with approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays, half a day.
• Location: Middlewich (outskirts) - free parking - if using public transport, please note, the bus stop is over 1 mile away from site.

Job Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls:

• Handling approx. 100 calls per day
• Booking, re-arranging, and cancelling appointments
• Updating records on the in-house system
