The role involves troubleshooting and resolving client issues while providing guidance on best practices for using IFS solutions. Strong knowledge of IFS systems and excellent customer service skills are essential. As IFS Support Consultant you will provide assistance and support to IFS users within the contracted service level agreements. You will be responsible for resolving client issues, offering guidance on system usage, and ensuring a seamless experience with our IFS solutions.
