Job summary

A leading national wealth management firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for a 5-month contract role. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing financial crime controls, and providing compliance training to staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of compliance experience in the IFA / wealth sector with relevant qualifications. This position offers flexible hybrid working in Scotland.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of compliance experience within the IFA / wealth sector.
• Previously held CF10 / 11 or SMF16 / 17 (preferable).
• Detailed knowledge of FCA requirements relating to Investment Advisers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure suitable compliance policies and procedures are in place.
• Oversee the implementation of financial crime controls.
• Deliver compliance training to staff.
