An established and forward-thinking independent financial planning firm is seeking an IFA Administration Manager / IFA Administrator Team Lead to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced IFA Administrator or Senior Client Support professional who enjoys leading people, driving high standards and ensuring exceptional client service.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will oversee a group of administrators (internally known as Client Relationship Managers) while actively contributing to the firm’s commitment to delivering outstanding financial planning support.

The Role

As the IFA Administration Manager / IFA Administrator Team Lead, you will:

  • Mentor, motivate and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers
  • Oversee workflow, quality, processes and compliance within the admin function
  • Support new team member onboarding and ongoing training
  • Strengthen client relationships and act as a key point of contact for queries
  • Assist with client meeting preparation, research, documentation and follow-up actions
  • Process applications across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance service, efficiency and client care
  • Produce MI reports and maintain accurate data within the back‑office system
