Job summary

Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Technical Analyst to provide specialist technical support for ICT and digital projects, including business-as-usual work, with hybrid working and 2 days per week in the Maldon office.

The role supports project delivery, governance compliance and effective changes to ICT systems and infrastructure. You will document progress, coordinate tasks, and liaise with suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
• Relevant development or support experience in IT/digital projects.
• Good working knowledge of IT project delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT tasks across applications and infrastructure workstreams.
• Support planning, scheduling and progress tracking for ICT projects.
• Liaise with internal services and external suppliers to support delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.
• Support testing, rollout and transition of ICT solutions into live environments.
