Job summary

Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Technical Analyst for a full-time role with hybrid working, requiring attendance in the office around two days per week. The post focuses on delivering ICT and digital projects, governance compliance and effective change management.

Ideal candidates will have experience in IT project delivery, strong communication skills and a readiness to work across multiple teams and with external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent, or demonstrable experience in IT/delivery roles.
• Experience supporting IT projects, systems or infrastructure in a customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work towards IT/digital/project support qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT project tasks and workstreams across applications and infrastructure.
• Support planning, scheduling and progress tracking of ICT projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, ICT colleagues and external suppliers for delivery.
• Support testing, rollout and handover of ICT solutions into BAU.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress updates.
