Maldon District Council is recruiting an ICT Support Analyst to provide specialist ICT advice and support to services, acting as a key link between the business and IT. The role is full-time, with hybrid working and an expectation to attend the office two days per week in Maldon.

You will log and manage incidents, assist with small projects, and uphold council standards around information security and customer service. The salary ranges from £31,609.62 to £33,561.56 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support or digital services in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to log, track and resolve incidents and requests.
• Understanding of ICT policies, information security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact between service areas and ICT service.
• Provide specialist advice on ICT systems and digital tools.
• Log, manage and progress ICT incidents, requests and cases.
• Support small ICT projects and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of cases and outcomes.
