Job summary

Maldon District Council, in partnership with Essex Shared Services, seeks an ICT Technical Analyst for a full-time hybrid role with 2 days in the office. You will provide specialist technical support for ICT and digital projects, ensuring governance, standards and security are upheld across systems and services.

You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, support new system implementations and document progress while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant experience.
• Experience supporting IT projects in a customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work towards IT certification or professional development.
• Knowledge of ICT governance, information security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, resources and activities across ICT and infrastructure workstreams.
• Support testing, rollout and transition of ICT solutions into live service.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress updates.
