Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Support Analyst in Maldon. The role is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working and an expectation of attending the office two days per week.

The salary range is from £31,609.62 to £33,561.56 per annum, with a closing date of 30 October 2026. The post involves providing specialist ICT advice and support, ensuring ICT systems are used effectively to support service delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant IT/digital support experience.
• Relevant experience in providing IT support, systems support or digital services in a customer-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist ICT advice and support to services as a primary point of contact between business areas and ICT service.
• Log, manage and progress ICT incidents, requests and cases with timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Support delivery of small ICT projects, system changes and service improvements with colleagues and suppliers.
