Maldon District Council is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to provide specialist ICT advice and support, acting as a key contact between business areas and IT services. The role offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office, and it requires delivering timely resolutions for incidents and requests.

You will log and manage cases, support small projects, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining clear records and providing customer-focused guidance.

Qualificações

• Educated to A level or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant IT experience.
• Experience in IT support or digital services in a customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to undertake ICT training or qualifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact between service areas and the ICT service.
• Provide specialist advice on ICT systems and digital tools in line with policies.
• Log, manage and progress ICT incidents, requests and cases with timely resolution.
• Support small ICT projects, system changes and service improvements with colleagues and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate case records within ICT systems and processes.
• Contribute to service improvements and testing of new systems.
