Job summary

Maldon District Council, in partnership with Essex Shared Services, seeks an ICT Technical Analyst to support ICT and digital projects. This full-time role offers hybrid working with attendance to the office 2 days per week, and requires attention to governance, standards and security in delivery.

You will coordinate delivery across applications and infrastructure, support testing and transition, and help maintain project documentation while liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent in IT/digital subject or demonstrable relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting IT projects, systems implementation or infrastructure in a customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work towards a vocational IT/digital qualification or certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist input to ICT projects, supporting new systems, upgrades and infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate tasks, actions and workstreams with internal services, ICT colleagues and external suppliers.
• Support testing, rollout and transition of ICT solutions into business-as-usual operations.
