Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Coordinator - IBAR based in Kendal, Cumbria, to coordinate activities across IBAR projects and support Project Managers. You will generate and update project documentation, manage documentation with client protocols, and keep stakeholders updated on project status, including export paperwork for UK-bound projects.

The role requires around 2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and numerical/analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update project documentation for reporting purposes.
• Manage project documentation using client protocols and systems.
• Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly updated with stakeholders.
