Flex is seeking a Project Coordinator - IBAR based in Kendal, Cumbria, to support the IBAR projects led by the Senior IBAR Project Manager. The role focuses on coordinating activities across multiple IBAR projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely client communications.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related experience, strong IT and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 2 years of related experience and strong IT/MS Office skills.
• High level of speed, organization and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work as a team or independently across multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes.
• Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems.
• Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status.
• Project managing IBAR tap off orders.
• Keeping in contact with clients & updating them regularly to ensure a good client relationship.
• Creating export documentation for projects leaving the UK.
